album: Wonderfulness

Bill Cosby. Wonderfulness. Warner Bros 2-1634, originally released 1966. (on CD, from the library)

Sort of a mess of an album – starts suddenly and ends suddenly, with no transitions between routines. The individual tracks are hilarious, though.

8/10 (Great).

  1. Wonderfulness is appropriately named. This was the first Cosby album I bought as a kid in the 60s. I about played it to death and can still quote a good chunk of it from memory. A real sentimental favorite. Thanks for the memory.

And after all those years, I don’t think the album’s aged a bit. Except for the Mortimer Snerd and I Spy references, he could have recorded it yesterday.
